  1. Mutant species from God only knows where carrying all kinds of foreign disease.  We're all gonna die!


  2. So move to ND, it was only -22 this morning and not a single mosquito to be seen.

    You just happen to live in a place warm enough for mosquitoes to still be out and about.

  3. If it is cold where you are, they are in your house. If you have a wet cellar with a sump to catch water, there could be eggs hatching in there. A mosquito dunk from the hardware store will cure it.

  4. You didn't specify your area, but some places have mosquitoes ALL year round. If you live in the tropics, seasons don't have much meaning. I grew up in southern Florida and there wasn't a day you could go into the Everglades and NOT get bit. If the temperature doesn't get low enough to kill the larva in the water and to kill the adults, you'll have mosquitoes even in winter.

  5. Depends on where you live at, its obviously warm enough in your area for them to come out.
