  1. u can take advil or ibuprofen to help. if you want something more herbal, then there is tea you can take that is supposed to help to.

  2. Midol! There's different kinds, so make sure that it's the menstrual type. And also try using a heat pad on your back! :)

Hope this helps and you feel better!

  3. take some painkillers for now, and when you feel better talk to doctor, he ll prescribe you something for it. if you dont have any painkillers ask parents for shot or two of some hard alcoholic drink, it really helps with period pains (in my experience much better than pain killers, alcohol makes your blood vessels wider, your flow harder and as soon it happens pain is gone =) )

  4. Midol or Pamprin will be your best friend!! it is just like an advil or tylonol, but it relieves all of the symptoms! Bloating, Fatigue, cramps, headache, EVERYTHING!

  5. take a tylenol or an advil and drink a lot of warm water. go lay in a warm bath or put a heating pad on your lower stomach. Try going to sleep. Hope i helped.

Don't take midol or pamprin its really meant for older women and if you have really bad cramps soemtimes it can intensify them and make you throw up.

  6. When I had really bad cramps, I just either take pain relievers or ibuprofen (eat before you take the pill otherwise you'll puke) and rest while it fades away.

    Did that help you?

  7. you can put a hot water bottle or something else warm on your stomache, that sometimes helps. tylenol or ibuprofen help, there are also some yoga poses you can do (look them up online). cramps suck.

  8. i had the same problem and my dr put me on birth control and after that i dont have cramps and mine only last bout 3 days

  9. midol works wonders

  10. take a bath in epsom salts

its helps a lot and if you have any cuts they;ll heal faster too

    hot water bottle works

  11. Try an over the counter pain reliever like Tylenol or Advil. Pamprin and Midol work well too. Mild exercise helps, walking or an easy work out like yoga (standing only, having your head below you mid-section may increase discomfort). Drink plenty of water, stay away from juices, or sugary drinks. They often contain high-fuctrose corn syrup, which can cause increased discomfort. A warm heating pad across your tummy or a hugging pillow feels good too. If you have severe pain and heavy bleeding see your doctor and they can prescribe a stronger medication.

  12. i get really bad cramps too, midol is the medicine

i use, and it works wonders!

  13. when i have bad cramps i take like 2 ibuprofen and use a heating pad. it really does the job for me. and eat healthy. so stay away from junk food and caffeine. because that can make it worse. and after the pain dies down get active. like go for a bike ride, take a walk, jog, swim, etc.
