It goes straight to voicemail?

I have a sprint treo 650 and it doesn't ring it goes straight to voice mail! why is that? please help! is there anyway i can fix it?

1. is switch on top set to vibrate?

2. on your phone setting, go to call preference

check to see if all your calls are forwarded to voice mail, if so then turn it off

your all calls are diverted to the voicemail number if this is a GSM phone then dial  ##002# in standby mode.your all calls that are diverted to your voicemail will be cancelled.
