It happens only in India, a terrorist/criminal gets bail and a police can't?

Ok, I m talking about DCP in the crime branch of Gujarat Police Mr. Vanzara who currently is in jail. Fact is that during his tenure by whatever way Gujarat police were capable to control crime at Gujarat. At that time police started to get hold on criminals/terrorist at Gujarat. Infect I feel nothing wrong in Kausar Bi, wife of Sohrabuddin Sheikh encounter.

1. Some says that encounter was fake – My ans. To them is are they aware of situation when a criminal/terrorist fires against police. Even what’s wrong to kill a criminal even in fake encounter, as per his past record Sohrabuddin was holding healthy criminal record should police wait until he becomes next Dawood and blast the city? Or may be due to our poor political and way of justice we have to maintain him like a guest?

Some people says they shouldn’t kill her wife – My ans to them is that a study shows that not every muslim is terrorist but among the terrorist 95% are muslims, what u think that lady was not aware what her husband was doing infect she was helping him in the same again like no. 1 nothing wrong to kill them.

Bail is a matter of discretion of court so police is least concern with oredr of bail. If chargesheet or investigation is weak then court granting bail as per rules. it doesn't amount that all criminals / terrorist bail applications were granted as rutine, it depends on circumstances of each and every case. some time innocent person face the investigation such person also entitle for bail. so many reasons considered at the time of deciding the bail application. so try to understand judicial system with law.
