It hurts a little...

On the bottom part of my head on my p***s it's a little red, just a small area, it hurts a little when it rubs against my boxers, should I be concerned?

you have no f******n, it's irritating the glans which is meant to be covered unless having s*x, you can try putting vaseline on it to keep it moist

or you could do f******n restoration for a permanent fix
