  1. Hey I am only 11 weeks but seem to be having the same problem. Have you tried taking some paracetomol or something? I dont really know what else to do. Are you sleeping with a pillow in between your legs? Because that apparently helps although thats what im doing and not working

  2. is this new?? call the doc you could be having back labor!! i did this with all 3 of my boys!  my hips killed me!! o sleep i Evan tolk a perkiest and that did nothing!! i was on bed Rest  for 3 weeks !

  3. I am going through the same thing. I don't know if there is much you can do. I have been taking tylenol before bed, but it seems like I sleep better on the couch or in the recliner. You might want to try that.

  4. Ladies I had the same problem with both of my kids.

I bought a huge body pillow and laid directly on my side then put the body pillow half under my belly and threw my top leg over so i was almost on my stomach and not completely on my side. Another trick is to prop a couple pillows behind you and sleep on your back. The pillows help because if you don't use them I swear it feel like the baby will crush you. AND REMEMBER TO STRETCH!!

  5. It may be the position of the baby.........I would lay on the floor with my feet up on the couch for a while, then switch to being on all fours with my butt up in the air and my head on the floor, then take 6 pillows and put some between my legs and others behind my back and one to hold on to while laying on my side.

I would definitely mention this to your doctor because he/she can check the babies position and also measure pelvic width to make sure delivery will be smooth.

If it is rhythmic and the pain can be timed, call the doctor immediately because it could be labor.

  6. I started this same thing when I was about 25 weeks, and at 30 its still going on, but some better. I started going to a chiropractor for an old back injury that was getting worse (because I was gaining weight w/the pregnancy) and this has seemed to help. I also get a massage twice a week. If you do this make sure you go to someone who has worked with pregnant women and knows what they are doing. Hope this helps!!

  7. Welcome to pregnancy !!!

I suffered it as well however i was layed up in hospital for a total of 5 mnths and was limited on walking anywhere so imagine how sore i was hahaha...

Its hard but at this stage it will be all over soon.

    Shelly :-)
