I have all of the windows open with a ceiling fan running on high and it is 90 deg F. Hot enough to make me sweat inside when just sitting down.

  1. Yeah that's too hot. Room temp is 72 deg F.

  2. I would say 90 degrees is too hot

    for anyone-

except for people who are used

to living in hot, arid climates.

If you also happen to have a box fan,

you could place it in one fo your

windows on 'high' to help draw in

    any cooler air from outside.

  3. depends on where your from, and what your use to,80 is warm fro me.

  4. 90 degrees is way way way too hot.

    my house is usually 70.

    is your heat turned down?

put ice down your shirt, that helps!

  5. It's uncomfortable, especially if it's humid. I'd either get A/C or go out during the day to a mall, library, movie theater, wherever.

  6. That would be too hot for me, and it is hotter than typical "room temperature".  Temperature here in my house right now is about 75 degrees - but that is about what the temperature is outside where I am.

  7. ya normal room temp is around 69 degrees F

  8. 90 degrees F is way to hot for room temp, turn on the ac

  9. Umm....yes, that is definitely way too hot for room temperature.  Maybe a nice 75-80 degree range would be alright.

  10. Get a window air conditioner,  if you can't afford one get a square fan that will fit in the window, put it on the cool side of the house sucking the cool air in.  The ceiling fan is just moving the hot air around.

  11. i would say yes hun.  but it depends on where you live... as i like to say w most of these questions!  but i am curious  cause if you tell me you live in barbados i will ask to come visit you!!!

  12. Oh yeah, definitely too hot for room temp. I live in the Sacramento area too, so I feel for ya. =/

  13. Whtever the temperature in the room is ... that is considered room temperature.

If it is 70, room temperature is 70.

If your furnace blows and it ends up 20 freakin below, room temperature is 20 freakin below because that is the temperature of the room. Duh!

  14. Let me guess. Were you running the fan with the windows open all day? If yes, don't. Run the fan at night and early morning (preferably get a box fan to put in the window, and put another fan in an opposite window facing outwards), and close all the windows from 9 am to 8 pm.

    Or, just get an A/C.

Or, if it's dry outside, get an evaporative cooler.

  15. Thats way too hot.

Where on earth do you live that its that hot!!!!

I recomend getting an air conditioner and a dehumidifier so that you can still breath easy.

In my house the MAX temperature gets to 75 degrees and then we turn on the air conditioners.

Good Luck and try to stay cool!
