  1. talk to doctor or guardian. you might just have the flu though.

  2. You should go and see a doctor and when you are better, start reading about NASA's Clean Air Plant Study.

"Common indoor plants may provide a valuable weapon in the fight against rising levels of indoor air pollution. Those plants in your office or home are not only decorative, but NASA scientists are finding them to be surprisingly useful in absorbing potentially harmful gases and cleaning the air inside modern buildings."

"NASA research has consistently shown that living, green and flowering plants can remove several toxic chemicals from the air in building interiors. You can use plants in your home or office to improve the quality of the air to make it a more pleasant place to live and work - where people feel better, perform better, any enjoy life more."

  3. BABY YOU NEED TO GO SEE A DOCTOR

YOU MIGHT NEED-- Oxygen therapy is a way to increase the amount of oxygen in the lungs and the bloodstream. It is sometimes used for people with diseases that make it hard to breathe, such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cystic fibrosis, or heart failure. Oxygen therapy can make it easier to breathe and reduce the heart’s workload.

Some people need extra oxygen all the time. Others need it from time to time throughout the day or overnight. A doctor will prescribe how much oxygen you need, based on blood tests. He or she will tell you how much oxygen to use per minute (flow rate) and how often to use it.

  5. asthma attack ? I think a fever is building up . Because when you have weak legs and you go hot and cold , thats a fever honey ! I suggest you tell your parents or anyone you live with , call the doctor tommorrow for the mean time take any medicine that will help cure this pain , ask your mum for what medicine to take as she knows your allergys etc. I hope you get well soon !

  6. Hi,

If you're having difficulty breathing you need to tell your parents. It sounds like you're feverish. You might have pneumonia.

I had pneumonia once and it made me extremely sick. I threw up everything and was shivering like you are. Pneumonia is very serious. It could also be a mean virus but regardless of what it is, you need to see a doctor because of the breathing difficulty. In the meanwhile, try eating some popsicles. They are soothing to your throat and will help keep you hydrated.

  7. Since you are 12 yo, you need to tell your parents or guardians NOW.  I would think a trip to urgent care, ER or your doctor is need as soon as possible.  Good luck and feel better soon

  8. You need to go the Emergency right away.

  9. tell mummy.

  10. uh. since your only twelve. talk to your parents. don't waste your time asking people you don't know...talk to the people that love you. have them schedule you a doctor's appt, or take you to the emergency room...

  11. go see your doctor. you may have something that requires antibiotics.
