It is a bad idea to keep the automatic updates in this old computer on?

It has been running slower. It just downloaded 9 updates and is waiting for me to tell it to install them. I don't know how bad it would be to, or not to do it.

  1. I am assuming you mean Windows updates.  Go ahead and install them.
