Generally looking for things that are free. Free hiking and such, or very cheap things. Basically in Niagara Falls or St. Catharines is what I am looking for.

its the beginning of the season and theres not much to do everything is just opening

  2. Ohh there are plenty of things to do. I am gonig to assume you mean the Canadain Side well you can for nightlife walk Clifton Hill a beautiful way to see it all is going on the Skywheel it costs only $10 plus tax and it will give you air conditiong on a hot day. Its very relaxing very quiet the most quiet you can hope to get while actually viewing the falls. At night the best way to enjoy it is just walk along the the falls and view the illumination and along the park there are beautiful flowers. Of course you can enjoy the casions which can be as inexpensive or expensive as you make it and with a Players Advantage Card you can earn yourself free meals and entertainment jsut by playing. If you mind taking a 20 minute ride you can go to Niagara-On-The-Lake a beautful place you can enjoy the most historic town in canada with a great place to sit called Queen's Royal Park jsut take niagara Pkwy all the way down heading north. The Queen's Royal Park is right across from Old Fort Niagara in the US!

  3. On 4/13-14, we stayed at the Embassy Suites hotel to get the picture window view of the Canadian and American falls.  Beautiful by day and night when the lights turn on the falls until midnight.  The next day, with limited time, we choose the Niagara Falls Fall/Winter tour, a 4 hour leisurely narrated bus tour where they stop at various scenic points of the Falls including lookouts in tunnels that take you right beside the falls near the top.  Amazing.   You go to the top of the sphere in a glass elevator to get the view too.  It also stops at a butterfly sanctuary, a tropical bird sanctuary, a sourvenier shop with glass blowers showing & selling their craft, etc. You also get a free pass to the Imax -- history of the Falls.  Cost:  $100.  (The Maid of the Mist tour behind the falls by boat is said to be great but is not running due to ice.)

  4. Sit by the Falls, and watch the tourists.

  5. stand straight facing Niagara close your eyes open your arms take a long deep breath and hold for a wile the slowly slowly open your eyes now imagine yorself the knig of this world....hhmmmmmm...........aahhhhhhhh!!...
