It is about my kids Please help....?

I have 5 kids. I am wanting to know if anyone can help with the whole grandparents rights. My mom I love her. To be truthful she should not have right to my kids over night. My ex-husband do to health problems I have has 3 of my kids and allows her to see them. Over night that is. My 4th child lives with me. She want nothing to do with him so I don't have worries about him. If court is the only answer when they hear the things she has done to me as a child and so of the things she has already done with them. While I would hope to see that there would be an order of so sort for visits. I don't want to keep her from them I just feel there should be some right I can enforce to keep them safe.

If she has done bad things to you and your children I would think (well hope) their father would want them to be safe too.  Does he know these things?  If not please tell him.  Then he could keep them away from her.  If he knows about these things and still lets them go to her house, then I would contact a lawyer or child protective services and let them know what went on with your mother and what she did and go from there.  Good luck to you.

Honey, I want to help but nobody can really understand your question.  Take a couple English reading and writing classes, it'll help you a lot in the long run.  If you're a good mom, you know what's best for your children.  Even if it takes going to court.  By the way, it isn't fair to your children that she wants some of them but not the others.  If she can't take all of them and treat them like hers, then she can't take any of them.
