Your question is unintelligible; however, it seems you may be asking if it rains above the clouds.  No, it does not.  If you are flying in the clear above the highest cloud layer, then you will not encounter rain.  If that is not what you are asking, then with apologies, I cannot guess what your question is about.


  2. WHAT!!! gravity still works even if you are above the clouds, this doesn't make sense.
