Use the horn also when the finger is broken.

I would say number 4 is best.

1. Is just harrasment.

2.  If they aren't going to stop for you then they are doing something wrong so 4.

3.  Probably better to do drive defensively, a horn might be useful though

5.  You should be in you lane ready to evade someone coming head on.  Pluse horn isn't likely to be heard or understood.
