Popular Bollywood actress, Soha Ali Khan, who is also the daughter of late Indian cricketer, Nawab http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mansur-Ali-Khan-c1894 Pataudi, has expressed her grief on the demise of her father and said that it is very hard to accept for her that the head of the family is
no more.
Pataudi died on September 22, 2011, after suffering from lung infection. He was one of the legendary cricketers produced by India and one of the best captains in the history of Indian cricket.
The Nawab represented India in 46 Test matches and scored 2793 runs at an average of 34.91. the right-handed batsman scored six hundreds and 16 half-centuries, including a career best of 203 not out.
The late Indian cricketer married a famous film actress, Sharmila Tagore, at the peak of his career. His children, Saif Ali Khan and Soha Ali Khan are renowned stars of the Indian film industry.
Soha expressed that she was very much attached with her father, who has given his children immense love, and it is extremely tough on her to accept this fact that her father has passed away.      
She said, "I recall him with lot of love. There is still a lot of disbelief at the moment that he is no more. It is difficult for me and my family."
Pataudi was a very respectable figure in the cricketing world and former cricketers from all around the globe were sad at his death. Soha also thanked for all the support that her family has received from all across the world and said that it was a great
help.
"I and my family really appreciate the love and support that we have received from all over India and the world. We thank everyone for standing by us in this difficult moment," Soha added.
Pataudi was made the captain of the Indian team in only his fourth Test for the country, when he was only 21 years of age. He held the record of the youngest captain of the history of Test cricket until 2004. The cricket fans all around the world pray that
the family of one of http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750’s greatest captains can bear this loss and come out of it as soon as possible. However, the great Nawab will always be remembered in the history books.
