I want to be a physically, intellectually, and morally attractive person but I have many flaws that will not go away (bipolar disorder, 2 artificial hips, average height). Must I settle for a sub par life?

  1. appreciate who you are and learn to live with it

  2.   you don't have to settle for anything less than what God has given you.

Which is a life that is full of what ever  you want. God dosen't make junk!! If you feel that you have these problems then look at it this way.

You are special and god has given you these things for a reason and that may be to help others cope with problems that are worse than what you think you have. If you stop and really look around  you will always find others that have it worse than you do.

Just be the wonderful person that you are and don't worry about the rest it will come in Gods time and not ours.

I hope that this helps you to some degree.

  3. Everyone has flaws.  What are your good points?  What are you passionate about?  Focus your energy on those things.  You will find others who share the same things as you.  Make the most of what you have--that's what we all have to do.

The best of luck to you!

  4. A sub par life is one that was not fully lived. You need to quit reading vouge and start living. Have some fun. SCUBA, Skydive, Ride a bike, swing on a play ground. Live like there is no tomorrow.

  5. No. You are fine.
