  2. no because the ricther scale only goes to 10 so how can they say its gonna be 15 when the measurements dont go that high? dont believe everything u read on the internet.

    No body and I mean that NO BODY can predict an earth quake, leave behind the accurate epicenter or Magnitude.

    Earth quake is a natural phenomenon and happens due too stress release at faults or plate boundaries. Delhi falls in Zone 4, that means that Delhi and nearby regions can experience an earthquake of MAXIMUM of 6–6.5 on Richter scale.

    NOT MORE THAN THAT

    And please refresh your knowledge the maximum magnitude can go up to 10. Which will be 10 times more powerful than earthquake of magnitude 9, 10 on Richter means total devastation of that area. You are saying 15 means 100000 times powerful than earthquake of magnitude 10… earth is not having any rock that can withstand pressure / force of that amount to produce that kind of earthquake.

    So NO I do not agree this kind of thing can not happen in real.

    But if you give this idea to any bollywood producer he may make a movie on it as they make movies with no scientific facts whatsoever.
