Do you know the colosseum? It's 1 of Italy's landmarks ? When you see it's picture you will think that it is broken from the top . and here comes my question .......................is it really broken ??? And the second one is .................if it is broken from what is it broken ????

Yes, there are a lot of parts of it missing. That was because at a certain time (I think after then Empire fell) many builders took stone from it to build other things. It was easier than having to go mine and shape everything again.

it was damaged during the war and also much of the Colosseum was robbed to build St. Pete's in Vatican City.  Some restoration had been completed but even with the damage it still amazing to see
