It is possible for a foreigner to get enrolled in UK`s Criminal Investigation Department and how?

I read that CID officers are required to have had at least two years as a uniformed officer before applying to transfer to the branch but i can`t find a site for an UK police academy.

  1. One of the main police training departments is at Hendon. I am sure if you look on a website under Police Recruitment you will find all you want to know. Not everyone in the police force is accepted in CID.
