It is possible that someday human will be able to control Earth weather? If so, how does it going to work?

A weather control machine that can control climate changes and could also prevent natural disaster and save lives. How soonest would that technology be a reality?

the earths axis allows earth to have four seasons.

the earths jet streams move hot and cold air around the globe. the temperature change from the jet streams is directly related to the earths tilt toward the sun.

manipulating the jet streams is a good way to contrlol global climate.

but the local climate like tornados and huricane disasters are technical. tornados have the warm fronts mixing with the cold fronts. and for huricanes the water has to be a certain temperature for the first few inches of the serface.

this technology is very possible but it could make a butterfly effect too.

The Chinese are working on that.

However I am afraid humans will provoke more natueal disasters than they can prevent given how fragile the weather equilibrium is (a perfect candidate for chaos theory).
