Actually, with our incomplete knowledge and stupid desire to apply it all over we broke perfect order and its stability long ago, and continue to do so...We created surreality which we proudly call True Reality and keeping it in place by our beliefs which is based on incomplete knowledge..Mind is limited to hold an infinity and had been design for some other functions which is still unknown...Once we selected a mind as main factor of our existence  we narrowed outlook to the size of a chosen detail making very difficult to see a whole picture...Otherwise, yes it possible...in reverse we should go back to our origin...which we know very a little about, if any...I believe "leap of Faith"is offered  for that very reason.

  3. No not unless you could get everbody to follow the rule and laws. There are rules and laws in place all over the world but the jails and prisons are full because you can't get everyone to follow them. Humans and nature are to unpredictable to create a perfect order.

  4. No. Nature is too random. A world of perfect order and stability could only be created by force, and would therefore be imperfect.

    And it all depends on the individual persons definition of perfect and stable.  I think its along shot.  There are 9 billion people on the planet and that number is growing larger and larger.  Each of the 9 billion people are unique from their neighbor.  Everyone has different views and opinions.

    Bottom line is this.  Anything is possible.  The universe allows for infinite possiblities.  For all we know there is a planet out there that has perfect order and stability.  However on planet Earth I don't see perfect order and stability happening for at least thousands of years.  If not tens of thousands.
