i live in Portland OR and it ALWAYS rains here, and it is NOT because of global warming. lol

No.  It is typical to have rain in Seattle this time of year.

As to why this winter has been peculiar for us in the northwest (more snow, colder), the answer is the La Nina event currently going on in the Pacific Ocean.

I was born and raised in the Seattle/Tacoma area, and know that it rains there most of the time.

We had a saying back in the 1970's that Seattelites don't tan, they rust!

I have since lived in various places, each with their own local weather.

Illinois is generally hot and humid in summer and bitterly cold in winter.

The San Joaquin Valley in Californicate, is a desert type environment, and is only fruitful due to modern irrigation.

The Caribbean is hot and humid most of the year.

Wales and central England, where I have lived for the past 16 years, has the same type of weather as the Pacific Northwest where you live.

The AGW alarmist's only wish to believe the worst is happening, without any evidence to support their belief.

They don't require science, they just need to follow their religion and not question their leader.

Most, if not all, religions have much to answer for, but the 'Church of Al Gump' has made it to the top of the list in an extremely short period of time.

Don't worry, chemtrail planes spewing polymer fibers and dust will soon change rainy Seattle into a dry dustbowl.  It happned all over France, Italy, and other parts of Europe; and it's happening in the US.  And it will all be blamed on global warming.
