  1. Yes, it is right. People should always look out for their own best interest.  You can leave for money, benefits, working hours, security, location, any reason, any time.

Make sure it is a good reason though, because I am sure your old company will not hire you back.

  2. Thats a complicated answer.  You can leave for more money after 6 months, but companies look at stability of your past jobs.  So saying yes right now may hurt you by missing out on another job in the future, since they may not want to hire you if they think you are a job hopper.  Hopping  jobs every couple of years is not looked at as bad as 10 years ago, but it still is not the greatest.  You really have to consider if this move makes sense for your career.

  3. well its not.....but the thing is a company looks 4 employs 4 long term n ur CV wont b so impressive....u shld stay 4 least 1 yr....

  4. In the long run, nothing is going to be different. The new company will give hike but will take care of it in the next appraisal cycle.

So, if you are satisfied with other things like role, work etc. then settle down.

  5. Potential employers frown upon applicants who change jobs frequently.  They will make some allowances for younger people.  You should think about it and potentially discuss it with your current employer.  If you're worth it, sometimes they will make the salary issue disappear.
