  1. There is no "certain way" just remove it.  If the myth is true at all, the veil itself is the "sight" not how it's removed.  Babies are rarely born with a "caul" as some call it.  When they do, legend has it they are gifted.  That's all.  There is no special removal technique.

  2. Occasionally, some children are born with a cataract or two on their eyes (like Uncle Argyle in Braveheart.)

Used to be, you just had to leave it there.  Now, a common surgery is to remove it soon after birth and replace it with a special contact lens to replicate a cornea.

    That way, sight develops normally.

    As far as the future...dunno.

  3. Yep, if there is a section for weird mystical myths, absurd beliefs and  religious folklore , then that is where this question belongs.

  4. If you people really believe that stuff, then please seek medical help.

  5. Let it happen naturally.

  6. Humans don't have a veil over their eyes.  Which people are telling you that?

  7. Not sure what a veil is that you describe. But anything that limits or stops a newborn from seeing is considered almost an emergency and should be removed or dealt with, if possible immediately or that eye will become embryonic.

Take your baby to an ophthalmologist. Or to a pediatric ophthalmologist. If you don't have insurance, just pay the person. A lot cheaper to get this done now than to deal with a blind child later (believe me!)

Is it a corneal scar? A congenital cataract? Just the semi lunar folds? a 'growth'?

  8. WTF are you talking about?

  9. WTF are you people talking about? Shouldn't this be in Religion / Spirituality?

There is nothing you can do to a newborns eyes that will make them see the future, that's ridiculous and absurd.  Leave your baby's eyes alone!
