What is tar - that stuff on our roads? What is chewing gum?

Why do we have to take peoples' money and spend their money in such ludricous and wasteful ways?

Who are these people who are in these councils?

We need to give people back their tax money so they can play more!

  1. Why not get those on the benefits register to do it? I mean those two million that should be on the unemployment register as acknowledged by the Government.

  2. I personally think chewing gum should be banned. It's pointless and messy.

For fresh breath there is many alternatives mints, mouthwash, brushing your teeth.

  3. No doubt a lot of taxpayers actually deposit the stuff in the first place. Dumping chewing gum is a filthy habit, and I am glad to see Councils removing the debris. I think anyone caught in the act should face a hefty fine, which could go towards the clean-up bill.

  4. It's a dirty job, but someones gotta do it

  5. no. they remove other stuff too.

  6. If the government have there way people claiming benefits will be doing it.
