If, in the UAE, they have laws which state that unless your employer approves (or something like that) your visa, it remains invalid, then yes. If your employer chooses that they no longer need you, the terms on which you got your visa for no longer exist and therefore your visa becomes invalid. This means that you can no longer enter Dubai.
