It is weird that I like to be alone in college?

This is my thrid year in college and I've never really had any friends in my class. I had a few in the first year but they were also quieter types of people which is what I liked. But none since then. I don't even really want to have friends in that class it's not just because I'm shy I just dont like the girls they're all too loud. But I know they think Im weird. I like going to the library and studying or reading a book I enjoy that way more than going to have lunch with the rest of the class and listening to them trying to get with some boys. I love spending time with my family and my boyfriend who stays with me so it's not as if I'm lonely. I guess I just want to know if anyone else feels the way I do? and if they think it's weird.

It's not weird at all... I'm pretty much the same, I love being on my own, I don't have a girlfriend either, so i am pretty much alone. People at collage do talk to me and stuff... i have a joke with them, but i never let anyone remotely close, and i have no proper friends i 'hang-around' with.
