For example Africans are usually well-built and athletic,Northern Europeans are usually tall, have fair hair and skin,Far Eastern people are short ,have black hair and slanting eyes.

What about emotions and especially wisdom?Would it be true to allege that any ethnic group is wiser than another?

  1. Wisdom, like stupidity, knows no bounds or limits.

How wise or intelligent , or for that matter how stupid one  is depends on the person, not their race.

  2. I don't think it's true to say that one race is necessarily 'wiser' than the other but I do believe that different races have different types of strengths not just in the physical realm but in the mental as well.

As an example, I noticed that though cats are all the same, depending on the breed, some will be more talkative than others or some will want to 'hide' and stay out of sight more or some are more people-friendly or...and so on and so forth.

I have noticed that Caucasians on average tend to be a bit more curious about life (Whys and Hows) than say, Blacks on average. I say on average because there are many exceptions to this rule (Black scientists abound).

Caucasians tend to be more exploratory and Blacks more cautious. Being exploratory leads to discovery and scientific progress and so would it be safe to say that since Caucasians are more curious, they are the more advanced or 'wise' race?

It is well known that Blacks tend to or are capable of using their bodies in many amazing ways. I think Indians are more contemplative or reflective in general. This is dangerous territory because one has to be careful not to trip into stereotypes but it's just plain obvious that with any certain race comes certain 'tendencies' or traits.

Bottom line, every INDIVIDUAL can have something of worth to add to the world regardless of their race or ethnicity. Wisdom of different sorts lies in every individual.

  3. I would say your "well known" physical traits are off, and I'd certainly say that it's not really possible to quantify wisdom, much less tell how much more of it the people of one "race" have over another. Is there a wisdom index we can go off from? Is there a scientific test for this?

This is the problem with the old romanticized notions of race-based classification systems. They aren't scientific, and they don't work.

  4. I read that Asian/Orientals have a 3rd eyelid (vestigual) and no sweat glands...

  5. Eye color and hair color and the others are pretty simple genetic traits when compared with intelligence or personality or emotions.  Especially since those traits are so heavily influenced by culture.  For instance, if you have the genetic predisposition to be shy, but you grow up in a society that rewards gregariousness, you'll learn how to be gregarious.  And, again, there's no one "be happy" gene- your biological predisposition to a certain personality is probably determined by several genes.

Race doesn't have any real meaning.  It's the name that we give to the set of variations you can expect to see in a certain area, but there's so much variation and intermarrying between races that it's kinda arbitrary where we put those distinctions.  It's like, when you look at a rainbow, you know where red and orange are, but there are so many shades between those two that you can't define so easily.

  6. personally i say stick out of racial grouping but i can definately say for shure we can do what ever we want aslong as we work hard
