When we compare the video, to the police officer's statements, we can see that the cop is LYING.

Is this acceptable behavior from the "thin blue line"? Or, do we need another "thin blue line" to protect us from the FIRST "thin blue line".

Imagine if there were no video. This would be just another case of a filthy citizen getting what he deserves (3 years in prison, until the case was dropped), and then trying to tarnish the "Blue Knights".

What if there were more dirty cops than we have proof of? Isn't that an interesting thought?

  1. Actually, reading the report carefully there are several indications that these police officers were not telling the whole story - which a jury would have held as reasonable doubt.

These include the external witnesses, and the broken teeth - which do not fit into the cops story.

Of course there are always more dirty cops than we know about. It is absolutely impossible to have a 100% corruption free force, and we're hardly going to know about more than exist.

The sad fact is that if people, police or anyone else are prepared to lie then society breaks down. You try to have a good police force but that isn't always going to happen.

  2. It happens everywhere...............I live in Ohio and cops are getting fired for killing people and no justification.  really SAD!!!!!!!!!!

  3. That kind of thing happens all the time.

Now that video cameras are more prevalent, more cops are getting busted.
