Question:

It looks like fat.. but it's all skin?

ok, so my stomach almost sticks out the same as my chest.

it's bothersome and it *looks* like fat, but i swear it isn't. i'm somewhat active, i eat healthy, i've tried all sorts of excercises to strengthen abdominal muscles and everything.

and when i grab it.. even other people notice it is just skin.

i basically have ehlers danlos but my mom thinks i'm a hypochondriac.

it's horrible and it makes me look so much fatter than i am..

how can i get rid of it?

  1. Even if it was fat, who cares?  Be proud of "who" you are, not your cosmetic appearance.

    Besides if that is the greatest concern you have in life, then just count yourself lucky and move on.  You could be homeless, have a terminal illness, or live in a war zone.  A little belly fat is nothing compared to any of that...


  2. Dude, seriously. I've seen your other questions and I can tell you care a lot about what people think of you. It's ok to care somewhat, but I think you just need to lay off a little. You look really pretty in your picture and you seem to be a nice person so who really cares? If you swear it's not fat and you're sure your healthy than it's fine. Love the skin your in :D

  4. start out with velashape ( available at a laser clinic ) it gaurentees to have 2 inches off of your waiste of whatever you cant removewith excersize then get laser tightining after if you need to.

  5. It's kind of funny because I saw this girl on The View this morning who got lypo because of that reason.

    Apparently it was "genetic" that her skin was like that. It wasn't fat but it was like.. soggy and sort of looked dead considering it wasn't fat. Maybe things are just suppossed to be that way. Stop worrying about it and maybe it will come off without knowing it. Maintain your healthy diet, keep it up. Wear clothes that suit your body.
