Oh no.. Air pressure has nothing to do with that!! It does not change that significantly at sea-level (or any particular level) to cause that. Glaucoma may be? You should definitely get this checked out.

this is called a subconjunctival hemmorage, or a "heme".  Its commom.  Its due to stress; blood pressure, or a slight injury to the eye.  

As long as you arn't having any sudden vision loss or "flashes of light" your fine, it will go away.
