Only one sure fire method: remove the seats and carpets and replace the underlay/felt beneath the carpet. It's not as hard as you might think and a roll of felt is like $30.00.

Hi

There are various fragrent products out there that you could purchase. I would reccomend a clean of the car first (apolstery and dashboard) and then to actually spray some Febreze in it.

The smells should soon clear in no time.
