Does it say "for ages 0 to 150" when you create your account and put a date such as 1804 for your birthday?

I've always wondered this...

  1. they wont allow you to make an account if your bday or "fake bday" is before the age of 13...lol its tells you when lol. with a silly comment like "are you really from the future" haha.

  2. Probs they won't give you an account if you put under 13

lol at 150 yo person on answers

  3. maybe they won't give you the account if you answer that your under 13

  4. Yes...anyone using a Yahoo! ID under the age of 13 risks of having his/her entire Yahoo! ID deactivated due to violating the  Terms of Service (Misinterpretation)

So, there are a lot of kids who are below the age of 13, but they say that they are over 13...if caught, then the whole ID will get deactivated.

You won't be able to sign up for an account if you select your birth year which is under 13 years of age...you won't be allowed to sign up until you state that you are 13+ year old.

They have given all those years because they want to make sure that the users under 13 know that they run the risk of account deactivation if they still sign up.

    EDIT:

If they do give the account, then either it's a glitch, or they haven't set it up properly...but still, you will get deactivated if caught.

It never worked for me when I tried to sign up for my 8 year old brother's account.

    *Best Wishes*
