2. It seems like that we haven't moved for hours.

Someone told me the second sentence is grammatically wrong.

Is that true?

    or

    It seems that...

    never

  2. The first sentence is OK.

    The second one should write 'It seems (that) we haven't moved for hours'.

    It's either 'seems that ...' or 'seems like ...', not both together.
