It so annoying i could cry?

on sunday i stepped on a wasp and of course it bit me. that was sunday , today is tuesday and it will not stop itching. all night i would wake up to it wanting to scratch my fooy off...any suggestions beyond ice and topical cream?

Try using vinegar or cider vinegar

they work the best you can also try to use aveeno anti itch cream you should be able to but it at any pharmacy. make sure that you get the anti itch cream and not just a skin cream as they make both.

The itch just means its healing. Give it a couple more days and it will stop. The Benadryl will help too if you want OTC medicine. ((huggs)) bee stings suck!

Benedryl might help if it's an allergic reaction, but if it's just from the irritation of the bite, the itching is just your body's response to the healing. You should be able to find an over-the-counter spray (they also sell creams, but you said you didn't want that) at your drug store that helps to relieve the itching. Sorry, but that's about all there is :-(
