It still burns, even after aloe?

my arms are sunburned pretty badly. i've put aloe vera on multiple times and it works for a minute or too than my arms begin to heat up again. what else can i do for some temporary relief?

Soak a cloth or paper towel in milk and apply to the burned area. This will help take the burn away.
