  1. specific heat = Energy/mass/Temp = 220 cal/((0.360kg)*(20+273.15-0+273.15))

    specific heat = 30.556 cal/kgk * 1kcal/1000cal = 0.030556 kcal/kgK is the final answer

  2. 0.030555 kCal/kgK

    Specific heat is how many kcal it takes to heat a kg by 1 degree K.

    It took 0.22 kcal to heat 0.36kg by 20 Degrees (K and C are on samel scale)

    so = 0.22 kcal / 20 K / 0.36 kg  = 0.030555 kcal/ kgK
