I might be mistaken, but I always thought being a "natural" pretty much means little to no work is involved, as it comes naturally. But I could be wrong.

no, not at all if someone doesn't brush their teeth their breath is naturally stink, and if they don't use deodorant their under arm smells naturally stink, funny some Mexican food smells like under arm but it's delicious when you are used to it, but you wouldn't have any idea what I'm talking about, because you are Indian, and there's fish sauce that smells like that thing, and all of us are used to it now you know what I'm talking about.
