  1. There could be many different reasons for this problem.

Do you eat drink shortly before bed?

Because eating before bed can trigger an increase in the bodies metabolism and brain activity which can be another potential stimulus for your brain to produce the nightmares you're experiencing.

Are you a smoker? Some can find it difficult to relax at night due to the nicotine.

You maybe have a sleeping disorder which could be tested by having a Polysomnogram which your GP could give you some information about.

    Hope this helps

  2. I think you need to exercise a least one hour every day. This will help you sleep better. Also make sure you are having a balanced diet. Fruit, veges, proteins, 2 litres of water a day and no junk food. A healthy diet and lifestyle can make a difference.

  3. go to dream dictionary and it will tell you.

  4. It's recommended to to take a 30 min walk before going to sleep. Also a cup of warm milk can help.

  5. Cut back on the sugar, don't have anything sweet after 5pm, like kiddies do. 1 hour of excercise a day can do wonders for you. If your nightmares are often or recurring, time to go to counseling. You can also try the bach flowers, they are completely natural and cause no addiction. I wouldn't know which to recommend, but someone who knows about it can help. Google it up if you need more information on where to get them.

Oh, yeah, turn off your TV and radio. It might make it harder, but a week from now you won't even miss them during bedtime.
