it there an easyer photo shop to do anime on. the normal photo shop is hard to do it on well for me it is

  1. Kodak program, in my opinion is the easiest.

    Try it.


  2. I've been using Paint Shop Pro for years (starting w/ Version 4) to do all sorts of graphics, including vector based images. You can download a trial version from the Corel website to see if it will for for you.
