Imad Mughniyah was the mastermind of the 1982 Beirut Marine Barracks bombing. He was killed in a car bombing in Damascus ths February. Word has it that Mossad was behind the bombing. Would you rather have seen him captured and put on trial?

When they seriously start looking for him, they may find him. The coalition troops are stuck in a t*t for tat battle with the remnants of the Taliban and their sympathisers. Once that finally gets resolved (probably after the 2011 pullout of Iraq) then the hunt can begin.
