It turns out that other planets besides the Earth and Mars is warming. Why ignore the facts?

Global Warming is a giant growth industry. Universities have started graduating people with sham degrees. Politicains hopped on the next band wagon. And ordinary people feel we are all weather experts. And consensus says that the weather seems strange lately without being able to say why. The rich oil companies know why and are negotiating how many billions we will have to give them to sign on. China and India know because they are the biggest polluters in the world and Kyoto fixed it so they will never change. And Africa knows because the "green conditions" attached to our aid and loans keeps them in permanent misery. Their hospitals complete with solar generators have to choose between light in the operating rooms and fridges for the various meds. Solar will no provide both in the sunniest place in the world. Developing a manufacturing base is out of the question. I am heartsick.

Of course we are warming up on earth!  How can we ignore it?  However it's not if we are warming but how.  If you look at our earth’s history it is evident that we cycle through warming up periods and cool down.  Just look outside and we see the effects of ice glaciers across America.  The question then becomes is man responsible for this and if he is can we actually stop it!

I once was involved with a disaster relief program in the Philippines.  A volcano had displaced hundreds of villages and left them without homes, jobs, and food to eat.  We delivered food, medicines, and other supplies to these people and I noticed that the fire wood that we handed out was Philippine mahogany (narra).  I made the comment to the missionary in charge about what a waste it was to see the rain forest be destroyed for fire wood.  His response was simple and carried a great life lesson.  He said, "True, but remember, people have to eat today too."  The reality is that when we deal with environmental issues we have to remember that same principle. You can't just go and take everyone’s car or SUV or shut off their electricity without hurting lives or jobs.  

The other side to the coin is I want to see programs that make a real difference than just jumping on the band wagon of any program that claims to be helping the environment. For example hybrid cars...what a sham.  The only difference they make is that it allows people to drive them more using the same amount of fossil fuels.  I drive a Ford Excursion and use less fuel than my Dad's "eco-friendly" car because I chose to move closer to my work while my Dad chooses to move further away.

All the planets aren't warming, just a few for different reasons.  On Mars it's giant dust storms:

On Earth it's mostly us.  The data clearly shows that, and even FoxNews admits it:

Most of us scientists are heartsick that people are rejecting solid science.  Denying global warming, in the face of the evidence, is just like saying the Earth is 6000 years old.

I don't understand what your question is.   I can tell you that as technology advances, solar,wind, biomass, and geothermal energy sources will advance also.  The fact is is that are too many people on the earth and we are multiplying at an alarming rate.  Some may believe it is a "sham", that doesn't matter.  It is a fact that there is not an endless supply of natural resources and regardless of what we think we know, we should conserve anyway.  Do you know where the electricity from your town comes from?  Please do some research on that and ponder what was and is being destroyed for a constantly exanding community, then put together a plan on how you can help offset this damage.

How do you know other planets are warming?  Is there a scientific consensus about that?  If not, why not?  If so, then why would you accept that consensus and not accept the consensus that human actions are warming this planet?

Can you say what the global average temperature of Mars is, and how much has it warmed over the past 10, 20 or 50 years?  Of course not, because there isn't any evidence of long term global climate warming for Mars.

they are just irrelevant. there has been no change in solar output so the sun can not be causing this warming.
