sharing the dressing room with the senior players.
Speaking to media reporters upon his return home from Australia, the 26-year-old right handed batsman from Bengal said that the time he had spent with the seniors in the Indian dressing room has groomed him a lot as a cricketer.
"I know it was difficult there to sit out throughout the tournament,” said Tiwary during a media encounter in Kolkata on Sunday.
“But as a professional cricketer, you cannot complain. I knew that I was mentally prepared whenever provided with an opportunity but the team combination was such that I did not get a chance," he added further.
