There are 2 fuses for the radio in your car.  On that allows it to maintain memory for the clock and the radio presets.  The other one gives it power when you turn the key on.  Typically the one in the fuse box that is labeled radio is the second one I mentiond.  Check your cigarette lighter.  If it doesn't work check that fuse.  The sure way to rule out fuses is to check each fuse one at a time.  Make sure the key is OFF when doing this.  Remove and visually inspect each fuse one at a time.  And never replace the fuse with one of a higher amperage rating.

It could also be a loose or shorted wire.  If you have the means, remove the radio and check the wiring that plugs into it.  

Or your radio could just be dead.
