Question:

It will not boot up or turn on.

Right now it has been charging for 2 hours. I can see on the screen it charging but once removed and I try to power it on I get nothing. I was able to download more music to it. Still I am at a dead end how to make it come on. I brought it and used it for 2 months. That's it.
