You could paste the URL in to the "Homepage" option. Just go to "Edit Profile Information", paste it in and save :)

Or you could have your Y/A account as one of your RSS Feeds. On your Y/A account, find a little orange box that says "RSS" on it. Right click it, then go to "Edit Feeds" on your 360, again, paste the link in and then just save. Feeds will update automatically when you ask question etc :)
