  1. sasuke is and isnt evil he only went to orouchimaru to get stronger plus itachi is smarter and stronger but sasuke is right behind in brains and 10X in speed plus has unbeleivable defense with his snakes and hes a master of lightning style and Its said he does have tsukuyomi so sasuke is tougher
