It's got an intro, a verse and a chorus.  What do you expect from a nation that gave us Verdi, Puccini, Rossini etc? At least they don't have to have 2 like Ireland.

ireland actually only have one - but they sing two songs (one the national anthem) only when they're playing at home.

and the italian one - formula 1 used to be sooooooooooooooo boring whe ferrari were winning regularly with the national anthem going on and on and on and on and on - as boring as schumacher

I'm Italian!! the national anthem is called "Fratelli d'Italia" and it was written by Goffredo Mameli.

yeah it is really weird with no real heart or passion to it which you would have expected from the Italians.

But miles better than God Save The Queen which I cringe at every time I hear it.

i actually think the italian anthem is superb.  it is so happy and just shouts i'm italian and im so happy.  ITalia, italia, italia, etc.  great anthem never tired of hearing it
