Question:

Italian Stromboli?

Forever I have been looking for a recipe for what we know as "scotch"..no it's not the kind you drink on the rocks!

I can rememer it being a rolled bread dough with a lot of parsley and I think onions and sauce in it. But I have no idea of the amounts needed or really how to prepare it..any help would be appreciated.

I also think it's a Scilian dish?
