do you know if they do international adoptions

Yes they do international adoptions but it will take about 1-8 years for all the papers to be correct and for  them to pick the best child for you.

you totally made this up you have other qustions saying you hate kids.  go get an italian chick knocked up and then give the kid up for adoption when its one

The above is a site I found with information. According to the site you have to be a legal resident living in Italy to adopt there.
