how can you make vanilla ones and where do you get the syrup for it??

You fill a glass with soda water and ice them pour in a shot of syrup.  Then top whit whipped cream.

Here a lot of coffee shops sell the syrups.  If you can't find one that does where you are look for a gourmet/specialty grocery store.
